DUDE, THAT'S JUST FUCKED UP Pure. Comedy. Gold. That was my first thought on reading this letter to Yasser Arafat from PETA protesting the death of a donkey used in a suicide bombing. The more I thought about it, though, the less funny it became. Like Greenpeace, PETA has become an asylum taken over by the inmates. That's why I can't tell if is a parody or the real thing. A letter to Yasser Arafat? Are they truly more concerned with the death of a donkey than all of the people killed in the conflict in Israel? In this case, is truth stranger than fiction?
