OK, LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT... I saw a bumper sticker on the interstate on my way home. It said "I'm a child, not a choice!" After the initial wave of nausea, this got me to thinking.... The people that want to ban a woman's right to choose are generally the same people that support the Republican agenda. This agenda consistently cuts funding for childcare/foster care/child services. This means that not only do they want you to have the child, they won't help care for any unwanted children, even if given up for adoption. Neither will they adopt children given up by their mothers. This then reminded me of this. "Cheap labor conservatives". Creating a large labor force in order to keep costs down. Yeah, I was free associating. What of it? Monday, February 09, 2004
UH OH... Palestinians Considering Declaring Independence, Senior Official Says If they do this, it guarantees that Israel will finish the fence. It may also mean a civil war between rival factions within the Palestinian Authority. Should *that* happen, expect Israel to sit back, watching & laughing... |
